Annual membership cancellation refund: 

  • Request refund before 7/31 can get 1/2 original payment back.
  • No refund if request after 7/31.

Other membership and non-membership refund:

  • Request before 7 days before the start day of the program can get full refund.
  • No refund after 7 days before the start day of the program.

Annual membership receipt:

  • We will provide monthly receipt based on request if no cancellation is requested. 

Other membership and non-membership receipt:

  • We will provide one time receipt as soon as the program starts.
