About Us

Silicon Valley Career Women was founded by Cindy Cao in May 2017 in Sunnyvale CA. Cindy has seen so many career women encountered various bottlenecks in career development especially after they became mothers, so she decided to build a community for career women to learn from each other and help each other. The mission of this organization is to help career women to find the best career paths, boost competency, achieve goals of personal development and happiness.

Silicon Valley Women Career Life Enhancement Conference is where we started this community and also became a well known career women yearly festival in Silicon Valley.

If you are looking for a mentor in your career development, come to join us! If you are looking for jobs and have been preparing for interviews, we will provide you great internal referral opportunities. If you just simply want to build a high quality network, this is the best place to start.
